Kosmyx provides AI-powered business intelligence and insights by analyzing your business documents (invoices, bills, inventory records, etc.). We help you:

• •Understand patterns in your business data
• •Receive proactive nudges about important events
• •Query your business data using natural language

To use Kosmyx, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Provide accurate and complete information
• •Keep your password secure
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You're responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• •Violate any laws or regulations
• •Upload malicious code or viruses
• •Attempt to access other users' data
• •Reverse engineer or copy our service
• •Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• •Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

You own your data. By uploading content to Kosmyx, you grant us permission to:

• •Store and process your data to provide the service
• •Use AI/ML to analyze your data and generate insights
• •Create backups for disaster recovery

We will never use your data to train models for other customers or sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When we launch paid plans:

• •Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• •All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• •We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• •You can cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• •Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• •Experience occasional downtime
• •Modify or discontinue features with notice

Kosmyx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kosmyx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• •You: Can delete your account anytime
• •Us: May suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Upon termination, we'll delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE:

• •100% accuracy of AI-generated insights
• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •That the service meets your specific requirements

You should verify AI-generated insights before making business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOSMYX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
